Sundown Blinds offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK mainland addresses. As all our blinds are custom made to your exact requirements, our lead time from date of order is 7 - 10 working days.
In the North of England, we deliver using our own delivery vehicles. For the rest of the UK we use courier delivery.

All our window blinds are custom made for the exact size you require and are extensively tested and quality checked before despatch. However, in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind is found to be defective please e-mail support@sundownblinds.biz or phone free on 0800 389 7194 and we will aim to deal with any queries promptly and with a minimal amount of inconvenience.
All our blinds are guaranteed for 12 months and we offer a 7 day money-back
guarantee, for any item that may need to be returned, providing that our product
is returned intact and in the same packaging that we used to ship it to you
and that no alterations have been made to the item in question.
You are requested to return any items via a traceable parcel service which
will provide you with proof of safe return.
Before you send back any item, you must notify us of the problem and your
intent to return your goods - this may be done either by e-mailing us at returns@sundownblinds.co.uk
or by calling us on 0800 389 7194.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any blinds that may have been returned without the original packaging or blinds that have been altered in any way.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
